For the month of July & August – Wednesdays 4pm – 5:30pm
Come learn the fundamentals of silks in this 5 week beginner class designed for students ages 14 and up. We will explore different exercises, stretches and skills to build strength, flexibility and confidence in the air and on the ground. No previous experience necessary. Try it once and you’ll be hooked!
Participants must be in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in aerial silk activities.
Space is limited. Once class begins there are no refunds and no make up classes. We require a minimum of 6 students to hold a class.
