Krystle believes that handstands (like life) aren’t about perfection—they’re about playful curiosity, steady practice, and learning to get back up when you fall. This workshop blends the structure of strength coaching with the fluidity of yoga to give you a powerful and accessible practice.

Whether you’re brand new to inversions or looking to refine your kick-up, this workshop introduces you to the fundamentals through a blend of yoga, movement drills, and strength-building techniques. With a focus on body awareness and alignment, you’ll explore the building blocks of hand-balancing in a supportive, fun, and safe environment.

You’ll leave with accessible progressions, personalized feedback, and tools to safely explore being upside down.

Meet Your Coach: Krystle Ong

Krystle Ong is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor and a strength coach who is passionate about holistic wellness. She feels just as at home lifting heavy weights as she does flowing through sun salutations. You’ll find her teaching everything from reformer Pilates to meditation, always with the goal of helping people move, breathe, and feel at home in their bodies.

Her classes are a unique blend of strength and softness, structure and play, all designed to help you feel powerful, grounded, and wildly capable.
