Class Available By Invitation Only. This is a OPEN level drop-in class designed to develop aerial strength and body control. Our class focuses on technique and strength building by combining conditioning exercises and aerial straps skills.
No previous aerial experience necessary as skills are taught in progression. We recommend that you have a healthy back and shoulders (no recent injuries or surgeries). Please wear comfortable, metal-free clothing and bring layers to keep warm between turns on the apparatus.
