Starting Monday, Jan 8th, COVID Vaccinations will no longer be required

As of Monday, Jan 8th, COVID vaccinations will continue to be strongly recommended, but they will no longer be required for drop-in aerial silks, straps and rope classes or for silks session classes starting February 2024. We will continue all of our risk mitigation measures as detailed below.

As an aerial silks & aerial straps program, we have maintained an extra-cautious stance on COVID throughout this pandemic. We’ve done this for the protection of our aerial community, especially the most vulnerable. We also continue to modify our policies to reflect government policy and community standards.

Masks will continue to be encouraged, and accepted at any time for any reason. We will continue to open doors to maximize ventilation and fresh air as appropriate. We will continue to encourage handwashing, which decreases the spread of all kinds of communicable diseases. We ask that Ascend students inform us when they test positive for COVID, and we will continue to inform other potentially exposed students through the Momence system as appropriate.
