Finding yourself running out of breath in mid-air? Having trouble keeping your core engaged and breathing at the same time? Then here is the class for you! In this 90MIN workshop you will come away with an understanding of why breath control is important, how to utilize breath to aid in movements on and off the silk, and have exercises to help build and maintain useful breathing habits.
We will not be moving the whole time. The workshop is open to all levels with a maximum of 15 participants.
We require a minimum of 5 students to hold a class. Participants 12 and older are welcome.
