Ascend Aerial Arts classes provide instruction that encompasses strength and flexibility training, skill acquisition, and technique. You don’t need any experience to be able to give aerial silks a go.
I’ve never done aerials. How do I get started?
For newbies, we recommend checking out our 1-day introduction Aerial Silks class. We offer them at least once a month. If you like that class and would like to continue, then you can enroll in any of our Aerial Silks Beginner Level classes. Check our class schedule for more information.
I’m a Beginner and I want to enroll for classes.
Great! Ascend offers 2 types of classes: Session & Drop-In Classes.
Session Classes are a series of classes that last 2 months. Class Schedule is posted 2 weeks before the next session starts. Once class begins there are no refunds. Makeups for session classes are only allowed during the current session and only if space in the class that you wish to makeup is available etc., Session classes allows novice aerial silks students to attend class on a weekly basis so they can continue to build strength and stamina as they learn basic skills. Check out our class descriptions for more information.
Drop-In Classes allows the student to select the dates that they wish to take class. There are no makeups for this class type. Only select classes on our schedule are classified as drop-in. Check our class schedule for more information.
I’m checking out your class prices. What is M/NM?
For our aerial students that take more than 1 class per week, we offer aerial membership which is purchase and lasts for one year. They receive member (M) pricing vs. non-members (NM). Note: Impact! Kickboxing Full Members also receive member pricing.
I’m an experienced aerial student and I’d like to join your classes.
All aerial students with previous experience may email us at email@example.com to schedule an evaluation to determine which class level is appropriate. Aerial studios vary and we find that the best way to ensure that you are in the right class would be for you to observe the class that you think you want to take and meet with one of our instructors for evaluation.
