Starting this September, Ascend Aerial Arts is offering a new Beginner Aerial Silks class every Thursday at 4:00 PM. This class is perfect for anyone who is curious about aerial silks, wants to build strength, or is looking for a fun and unique way to stay active.
No experience is necessary.
In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn:
- Safe climbs and descents
- Basic aerial silks techniques
- Core and upper body conditioning
- Proper form and body awareness
- Beautiful beginner poses that build confidence
Many people think they need to be strong before trying aerial silks, but that’s exactly what this class is designed to help you build. Each class combines conditioning on and off the silks with progressive skill development, so you’ll gain strength, confidence, and technique at your own pace.
