Curious about defying gravity and building amazing strength? Look no further than our Aerial Straps class! This is a drop-in class perfect for all levels, whether you’re a complete beginner or have some aerial experience.
What to expect:
- Strength & Control: We’ll focus on building the core strength and body control needed for mastering aerial straps.
- Skill Progression: Don’t worry if you’re new! We’ll break down impressive moves into manageable steps, ensuring everyone can participate.
- Conditioning for Flight: Get ready to sweat! We’ll incorporate exercises that prepare your body for aerial feats.
No previous experience needed! Just bring a healthy back and shoulders (no recent injuries or surgeries, please).
Gear Up for Fun:
- Wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement (think leggings and a t-shirt).
- Metal-free clothing is a must for safety.
- Layer up! You’ll be working hard, but may cool down between turns.
New Students: After signing up, you’ll receive an email with additional waivers to complete before your first class. Once approved by the instructor after attending that class, you’re officially ready to soar!
