Aerial Rope & Silks COMBO Class – Saturdays 2:30pm
Two apparatuses for the price of one; silks and rope are paired together in this class designed to use the complementary aspects of each apparatus to help your aerial vocabulary grow and develop. With a strong focus on conditioning and proper form, students will skills on the rope, and silks.
PRE-REQUISITE: Ascend students that are Pre-Intermediate Level and above
